the Problem

We conducted research interviews with XP stakeholders, advisors, and customers to understand the real pain points.

Our goal was to help advisors shift their focus from administrative tasks toward building stronger client relationships — while minimising time spent on back-office processes.

Research spanned multiple states and office types, covering the full diversity of the XP advisor network.
